I traveled with my family to Barneville and found that the geographical situation could not have been more favorable to take photos of the sea or the cliffs.
During my short stay I took more than a thousand shots of this particularly beautiful place. Obviously I had to sort out my photos and decide the ones to publish here for you to see.
Here are some of my favorites from this place:

Through the hole |
This shot is one of my favorites. I love when nature or buildings, or ruins allow me to frame the shot. Seeing the sea through this hole gives something extra to the landscape and make it more memorable.

Beach huts |
Contrary to some beach huts in England where colours are the main feature, these simple blue and white huts are interesting due to their alignment along the shore. They seem to be speaking to each other, to live near one another in perfect harmony.

On the tide |
I took this photo when I was hiking along the cliffs which gave me a perfect viewpoint. The rocks are quite angular and their colour contrast with the sand. You can see the tide taking back the beach a few centimeters with each wave.

From the dune |
Nothing could come disturb this peaceful scenery not even the little boat which is leaving a white streak in the water.

Curve |
I took this shot because I liked the way the dune makes a curve.
These three following shots could be part of the same series. They express the same feeling. A feeling of peace, of loneliness, of tranquility and serenity.
