Some Swiss landscapes

In Switzerland the landscapes are amazing, the lakes, the mountains... there are many things to see and obviously many things to photograph.

Here are a few examples of my favorites landscapes I took when I went over there.

This photo is a photo of Lake Geneva and its houses and forests. I chose to take it in black and white for obvious reasons and added grain to make the shot more dramatic. It's one of my favorites.

These two shots are also of Lake Geneva. I am particularly fond of the first shot with the seagulls flying toward us. The light is dim and bring a magical side to the photo. On the second one, the sun setting behind the mountains attracts the eye of the observer and is counterbalanced by the railing on the left hand side.

This shot is also a shot of Lake Geneva but from an other perspective. The calmness of the lake also quiets down the observer. Maybe a photo to be hanged in a dentist's surgery!

This is yet another Swiss lake overlooked by mountains and pine trees. I like the way the landscape is reflected on the surface of the lake.

On this photo, I like the way the trees as well as the mountains shape the photo. It is as if the tree line and the mountains follow each other.

On this shot, I like the colour of the water, the green tint it has as well as its brightness.
